Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by WebDukes. By engaging with our services, the client agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided We offer services related to website design, development, maintenance, and digital marketing. The scope of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal specific to each project.

3. Project Proposal and Agreement All project proposals must be accepted by the client before work begins. The scope, timeline, and costs of the project will be outlined in the proposal. Changes to the scope of work after the project begins may result in additional fees.

4. Payment Terms Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, payments are divided into a deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Late payments may incur a fee of 1% per day overdue.

5. Revisions and Changes The client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond those specified may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.

Any delays in providing these materials may extend the project timeline and incur additional costs.

7. Project Timeline We will make every effort to meet the project timelines outlined in the proposal. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, client delays, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and content. We retain the rights to use project materials, including but not limited to designs, in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Third-Party Services We may use third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, or plugins. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by these third-party providers.

Any recurring costs related to these services will be the client's responsibility.

10. Support and Maintenance Support and maintenance services, if not included in the original agreement, may be offered as part of a separate contract. Emergency support may be provided for an additional fee.

11. Termination Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet the obligations outlined in the agreement. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

12. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use of the website or any third-party services integrated into the website.

The client assumes all responsibility for ensuring the website complies with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, privacy, and accessibility laws.

13. Confidentiality We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the client for the purposes of the project. Similarly, the client agrees to respect any proprietary techniques and processes used by us.

14. Governing Law These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.

15. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

16. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any significant changes.
